Fitz was Showrunner and Supervising Producer for one of Disney’s (ABC Family’s) most popular, longest-running, non-scripted series. She helped build the show with creators, Scout Productions, from concept through post for 5 seasons (104 episodes). Responsibilities included; day-to-day creative showrunning, writing, designing show’s brand, lead on financials and budget, producing responsibilities (Seasons 1-5), and mentoring young designers. The series produced a profit each season, while increasing viewership in the targeted age range.
